Most useless customer service I have ever encountered. A had an extremely simple request of changing my address, but I can't do it on their website, calling on the phone is a 2 hour hold, and people at the branch are completely useless and incompetent
I had a friendly and excellent customer service experience today at the Broadway Branch at 1:15pm. The bank teller is amazing. The young woman who I interacted with was professional, informative, helpful, accurate, and pleasant. She made my day. Highly recommended bank branch! 5-STAR
