Most useless customer service I have ever encountered. A had an extremely simple request of changing my address, but I can't do it on their website, calling on the phone is a 2 hour hold, and people at the branch are completely useless and incompetentÂ
I had a friendly and excellent customer service experience today at the Broadway Branch at 1:15pm. The bank teller is amazing. The young woman who I interacted with was professional, informative, helpful, accurate, and pleasant. She made my day. Highly recommended bank branch! 5-STARÂ
Fantastic service at BofA by Zully and Shanon! Zully was extremely helpful and walked me through all the steps of opening my bank account. Very satisfied by the great service, and highly recommend anyone to this branch!Â
The Chinese female counter has extremely aggressive posture. I think she's trying to be a member of CBP on the bank. So funny.Â
