Horrible customer service. I was told I couldnt be helped because they were working with a customer in the lobby. I asked to hold because I wanted help and was met with a sigh and a rude "hold then" and proceeded to wait 18 minutes. They still never resolved my problem and acted like I was insane for wanting to speak to someone else for my resolution. I am moving my accounts to a more customer friendly bank - not a corporation who doesn't care.
