One bank teller and one customer service agent for all clients is ridiculous. Plus who works need training on time management, treating clients , not good look for bank , need more people and better customer service based

This Bank of America branch has a good location. I was grateful they helped me in changing wrapped pennies I had into dollars. The interior of this branch location looked nice. The staff were well-dressed. I was grateful to obtain quarters from this branch location for doing laundry at laundromats. I wish everyone all the best in Yeshua's Name!
