Always a long wait time. Poor customer service.
Why do they have a phone number listed if no one is picking up .Not only at this location at all the locations I called worst ever ..need to close my accounts
I was helped by Jorge at the entrance and he was very polite and helpful. While waiting in the lobby I was listening to him help other customers and I never seen any teller being so friendly and helpful to their customers. Great service Jorge
