Great people, always helpful, never have let me down
Bank Of America (or BOA) was indeed my first bank. However, things started to go downhill VERY fast. I had enrolled in online banking (the purpose of this is to be able to check your current balance at any point in time... or so you think as with BOA). I would check my balance via online at the very least, twice a day. JUST to make sure I wouldn't overdraw. (Like many of the people I know, I live paycheck to paycheck.)
