Slow, understaffed, arrogantly served after waiting 45 minutes, was told most people do mobile banking now while the line was forming out the door. Absolutely rediculous
Today I went by Bank of America for the last time. I didn't know it would be my last time. I have been with them for nearly 20 years. I was stopping by to pay off my credit card balance of $9.79. When I got to the counter to pay I was told that I would need a State issued ID to complete the transaction as I was paying with cash. When I asked why I was told it was to prevent money laundering. Every time I go there is like one teller and 20 people in line on Fridays which is usually people's pay days.
