Amazing customer service F.T.R, I'm not an actual B.O.A. banking member... I went into their location on 161st St across from the criminal court house annoyed and still on hold after trying to call B.O.A. CREDIT CARD customer service for over an hour for the second day in a row. Diana and the young lady when you first walk in were amazingly patient and helpful. When I went to The bank today I was poor treated due to being African American the entire staff at this branch is Hispanic and very rude if you don’t speak Spanish . I would advice any one not to go To this branch . Please Bank of America review this comment and make A change at this location .
