I had a disappointing experience with the business loan process at this branch. I first worked with Carmen and shared all required documents, but communication suddenly stopped. Later I found out she had left the bank no one informed me, and my application expired. When I visited again, they kindly scheduled me with Jasmine, but after waiting 30 minutes, I was told she had left early and needed to reschedule two weeks later. I understand things happen, but better communication and followup would make a big difference.
The worst match I've ever seen.
Another frustrating experience at this branch. No help with the questions I had. All they want to do is upsell more services. why would I want more services with you when you cannot even help with most basic questions
Very poor service at Bank of America. They have inconsistent policies between branches, and the staff is not updated on certain procedures. A frustrating and disappointing experience.
