Another frustrating experience at this branch. No help with the questions I had. All they want to do is upsell more services. why would I want more services with you when you cannot even help with most basic questions
Very poor service at Bank of America. They have inconsistent policies between branches, and the staff is not updated on certain procedures. A frustrating and disappointing experience.
Avoid Bank of America at all costs. The people I met at the branch were nice enough but the company at large on a corporate level is horrendous. I’ve had the worst baking experience in my life with Bank of America and I’ve only been a customer for about 2 weeks. This bank closed an account with a large sum of my money without any notice or explanation. This corporation does not care about its customers at all. Terrible company that should be avoided.
