Our appointment at Bank of America was scheduled for 11:20 a.m., but we were still waiting for assistance after noon. I honestly don’t understand the point of having an appointment system if appointments are not honored. A simple wire transfer ended up taking nearly three hours. The management and efficiency at this branch are absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, I strongly recommend avoiding this Bank of America branch.

After dealing with another company that flaked, I switched to them. Honestly had no clue what to expect, but they were responsive when I called. They got the job done without any issues and followed through on everything we discussed. I’ve used them more than once since then, and the work has held up well.
