Ridiculous hours. How does 9-4 make sense. I work every day. That’s how I have money to use at the bank. How exactly am I supposed to do what I need within those hours when I’m at work….

Danny Shah was extremely competent in providing me with information and support regarding CDs and credit cards.
The staff at this branch were cold, unprofessional, and showed little interest in helping resolve my issue. The overall service was disappointing and far below the standard I expect from a major bank.
