Merrill Rep is very incompetent. A simple task took 90 mins. She asked me to call Merrill customer support while sitting in her office. Do not open investment accounts with this branch. You will regret it.
Far from Princeton town and closed on Saturdays! It's a bummer BAC closed the location on Witherspoon but kept this gloomy shabby place.

I'm highly disappointed. And don't know what else to do at this point. Have been to princeton branch several times since the end of September 2025 since We are interested in purchasing a home. Received the prequel from the beginning, we saw a home we really liked and place a bid on it, we then requested the pre-approved. Which we have yet to receive. Needless to say we didn't get the home. Ridiculous hours. How does 9-4 make sense. I work every day. That’s how I have money to use at the bank. How exactly am I supposed to do what I need within those hours when I’m at work….
