Refused to cash o check I wrote out due to signature slightly did not match. I found this inconvenient at first but then drove down to the branch to honor the check in person, After I found out why and experienced tbe cust service I was impressed,manager pulled me to the side to state the reason, did not share that with the contractor I wrote the check to, I was impressed 👌
