Big mistake. The branch was spotless, quiet, and oddly peaceful… probably because no actual work was happening. We were greeted with a smile by one gentleman, and then — like characters in a low-budget spy movie — I noticed a handful of employees peeking at us from behind their translucent glass partitions. I counted at least four staff members, including the manager, all having casual conversations and taking leisurely strolls around the office like they were in a mall, not a bank.
