would like to leave some positive feedback regarding the BOA branch located in Louisville, Texas at Josey Lane and Highway 121. Everyone there is extremely pleasant, as smiles on their face, and actually appears to really like their job. They are all very helpful, especially Isabella. I actually look forward to going to the bank! Thank you, and please pass on my appreciation for the outstanding service.
Alexis senior banker has help me, they are very friendly and way of receiving is very good and nice staff.
Bad experience with my foreign currency transactions. I ordered a foreign currency bills and even paid an additional fee to expedite. I went to this branch to get the money but one of the bill was torn out/ damaged. Somehow the staff in particular Isabella have no clue of what I need to do to fix the problem . They wanted me to either just accept the damaged bill or bring it to a foreign currency exchange and hopefully they will take it. Alexis, Nathaline, and Isabella were outstanding. I had to wait for a banker because I needed help doing a wire transfer. I wasn’t there long, but when I was there, I saw at least 30 other people get helped, with each one of them going as quickly as possible, and sometimes multitasking to make sure everyone was taken care of. I work in a sales position in home remodeling that requires a very high level of customer service.
