Quick and easy!
We will not do business with BofA any further. I walked in with my senior father, who was looking to open an account. The representative at the check in booth was very rude. She told us we needed an appt then proceeded to question my father who wanted an account. She walked away saying I’ll get someone. No customer service skills what so ever. We walked away and no one batted an eye. No thank you
I like how banks have all these tellers and their all acting like there doing something on the computers some are just walking around
