The overwhelmingly negative reviews are warranted and well deserved. Same as others have said, I had zero help, it was extremely short staffed. I walked in & literally thought it was closed but maybe someone just forgot to lock the door. Very slow and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend using this branch if you are in a hurry. The teller didn’t even apologize for the wait.
Felt safe that you can only enter inside if you have a BOA card to slide.
I like this bank as it is very conveniently located on my way to work, also I have gotten to know the staff for a while and they've been friendly each time, I also feel safe at night when I need cash on their ATM so thats a plus, overall good place to bank
Quality has went down since opening. ATM accept Apple Pay debit to withdraw and deposit. But teller only accept cards. Get your stuff together BoFA
