I had a very unpleasant experience at this Bank of America branch today. I only needed help updating my account information, but the employee who spoke with me was rude and unhelpful. He did not wear a name tag and showed no interest in assisting me or finding a solution. Customer service should be supportive, especially for simple requests. This experience seriously damaged my trust in this branch

Danieli is the best banker I've had. She was instantly helpful as soon as I walked in. With her help I was able to open 3 accounts with super ease.
Danieli and the other lady working were extremely rude and have so much attitude. Short staffed and did not want to help besides doing withdraws, which atm’s outside do. I don’t recommend coming here if you want to get assistance in anyway. Don’t be fooled by the 4.0 rating.
