Quality has went down since opening. ATM accept Apple Pay debit to withdraw and deposit. But teller only accept cards. Get your stuff together BoFA
The worst bank ever. Don't bother with them
Very friendly and helpful staff
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Bank of America branch today. I only needed help updating my account information, but the employee who spoke with me was rude and unhelpful. He did not wear a name tag and showed no interest in assisting me or finding a solution. Customer service should be supportive, especially for simple requests. This experience seriously damaged my trust in this branch
