Bank of America’s Disrespect for Longtime Customers is Appalling** As an **18-year Platinum Preferred Rewards customer**, I expect better treatment than this. Today April 1st 2025 I was discriminated against at this Frisco location. I have been banking with BOA for over 5 years now … was told the system couldn’t cash my cashiers check that I got from the Plano location and that I had to deposit my whole check. I do not like to leak of my cash in the bank and I don’t have to.. meanwhile I listening to them cash the non- black lady right to me check with no problem..
