I visited this location 20 days ago, and Marlen assisted me with opening a bank account. She was very informative and demonstrated a strong understanding of the entire process. Marlen explained the steps clearly and even suggested a suitable credit card for me, outlining how the process works in detail. Her knowledge and professionalism truly stood out. Bank of America’s Disrespect for Longtime Customers is Appalling** As an **18-year Platinum Preferred Rewards customer**, I expect better treatment than this.
