Aidan was very helpful with our issue. I also noticed how patient all the tellers were. Great customer service.
I just need to close a safe deposit box (under probate). I set an appointment online, briefly explain I need the locksmith. A certain Hazel called me an hour before my appointment. Left a vm that they cannot request for a locksmith until they have the necessary documents which they already have. I called back and left messages.. 3 to 4 times saying to call me back but she never did. Frustrated.. so drove to this branch! I live in Fremont so 40 to an hour drive depending on the traffic. The lady who directed me to the tellers was really rude, I didn't have an appointment, she told me to wait for 1 hour, then she came back later and told me not to wait, she said rudely, tell me from the beginning that I shouldn't wait.
Extremely Poor Service at 1:50pm today 10/22/2024‼️ For NO reason Whatsoever the one of the 2 tellers guys Declined to Pay a Home Care Provider's Bank of America Paycheck which was Delivered through the mail at Her Residence, Directly from B of A BILL-PAY which has been Active and Regularly Used for a Decade!!! The Manager apparently was NOT helpful, as the teller went to ask! Ridiculously they told The established Caregiver Payee to return the check and ask for cash!!
