It's pretty messed up just say you're open online and when you show up in person you're closed for lunch and it doesn't even matter because when you reopen there's not going to be any tellers at that bank how do you even call yourselves open

The employees are clearly underpaid. I feel awful for them. The bank is often closed because they don't have enough staff. Bank of America should treat them better
When the most prominent bank, in a small town, closes its doors to walk in customers….. People moan about unemployment, the economy and…we can’t find enough qualified workers to staff a small branch of our biggest bank? USA! USA! USA!
