This Bank of America location refused to trade U.S currency - (i.e. $100 bill for 2x $50) which I had just withdrawn from the ATM at their location. Why? They said I must have an account to trade currency (I once had a business account with this office, but no longer). There was nobody in the office. Just bank employees talking with each other. Went to the this branch to reset PIN code so no one was there and hold me 20 minutes only for reset PIN code! Awful customer service not even one star
Can never reach anybody by phone. Never has enough staff to take care of the Customers that come in. Would not recommend.
