This Bank of America location refused to trade U.S currency - (i.e. $100 bill for 2x $50) which I had just withdrawn from the ATM at their location. Why? They said I must have an account to trade currency (I once had a business account with this office, but no longer). There was nobody in the office. Just bank employees talking with each other. Not a single customer in the lobby. So, I went to the Wells Fargo immediately adjacent to BoA and they were very friendly and exchange the bills without question. This tells you every... read more

Went to the this branch to reset PIN code so no one was there and hold me 20 minutes only for reset PIN code! Awful customer service not even one star
