Kamilton is amazingly patient, friendly and knowledgeable and made my child's first banking experience super. He patiently and wisely answered the questions and anticipated future needs. Thank you Kamilton - you are such an asset to BOA! Keren - we will miss your kind and warm and expertise when this branch closes. Thank you for all the years of help rendered with such expertise! banking can be confusing and stressful but Keren help make it efficient and welcoming.

10-4 on weekdays only? Cindy, are people still using that website? Clearly the issue is that 10-4 on weekdays does not leave a single hour for people working 9-5 to access our bank. I’ll be moving my accounts to Chase since they are at least open a couple hours on the weekend.

I had an appointment at 10 am at the bank. They arrived in front of me and I was not attended to, people without schedules and passed ahead and the employees have no commitment to those who schedule appointments. I'm disappointed

I went in to try to resolve a difficult situation. The staff were very helpful and presented several options to correct the problem with the account.

the MOST RUDE staff I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. What a horrible experience. Please hire a new staff all together.
