This branch does lack the necessary staff at times. I don’t blame the workers, it falls on the management! The workers do what they can to help, and I appreciate that, but someone needs to do better with staffing!
The manager Juan Dueñas has a lack of ownership. Bank of America has lost their service potential. I went in with my elderly mother in law requesting mortgage statements, which they said they had to be requested over the phone, taking about 7 business days to receive or access online. Perfect, not a problem, all I asked was to update her profile information so I can self service at home. They told me it was an HOUR wait when updating information takes about 5 minutes.
