I had a very disappointing experience at the Sammamish branch. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and showed little consideration for senior customers. They routinely ignore phone calls, and when asked about it, they simply say they are busy. A bank should prioritize customer service, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.

Horrible experience. We made an appointment online and noted what type of loan we wanted. When we got there, the representative had no idea if they offered that type of loan. We sat across from her while she called corporate and sat on hold for 10 minutes. Then she was transferred to someone else and back on hold we went. She said “good news is we can help you!” After another 10 minutes on hold we asked her just to call us later with answers and we left. She called later and told us they don’t offer that product. One Star – Absolutely Horrible Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst Bank of America branch I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and seems annoyed just to be doing their job. I waited over an hour just to be told they couldn’t help me with a basic account issue—and they didn’t even try to find a solution. It’s like customer service doesn’t exist here. I’ve never felt more disrespected or dismissed by a bank in my life. Avoid this branch at all costs.
