Quite unfortunate and egregious behavior by the Bank of America personnel at this branch. I was seeking help to service my account and they asked me to sit in the lobby and just wait. There were a couple of customers who came in after and they received help immediately. One of the customers told one of the employees that I was in front of him (that’s how I knew he didn’t have an appointment) and the employee told him to just proceed working with her.
