They need to hire more tellers at both locations hewitt and waco tx . One and two tellers is not enough especially when we are trying to deposite for a bussiness ! Having to wait 30 min to an hour is rediculous !
Yes when it works
The staff at this branch were so friendly, made me feel welcome, that my time was valuable. They explained they were shorted handed and they could either fit me in today if I wanted to wait or they would make an appointment for me for another day. I waited as I don't live here. They finished with their appointments and got me taken care of quickly. The atmosphere was like a small home town bank. Banker and always friendly and helpful. Account reps helped me so much when I had issues. Best bank in town for small business.
This location has to be one of the worst in Texas. No drive thru service,you may have two tellers at the counter on a good day. A greeter who sits by the door for deposit only. There is no urgency to help the customer to get in and out of the bank. Sad, just sad.
