So here I am again….standing in line for a business deposit in this God-forsaken branch. Why? Because….no drove thru unless you use the ATM. They always have a business line….and never have it blocked….but if you so much as even consider getting in it…they tell you it’s closed. It’s never open. Don’t know why the reviews are so bad. Went back in September and the customer service was so great it literally made my day. Very fast and gave me a bunch of information that I needed
We worked with Dylan today and he was fantastic! Had to close my father's account since he passed away. Dylan made a sad, complicated afternoon quite pleasant. I'm a BofA customer for life.
DISAPPOINTED AGAIN… i swear this one branch goes out of their way NOT to help you. The gentlemen checking me in was great- but …. we had to wait a day just to get a notary appt- drove 20 minutes to get there, just to have Mr Sutton, the notary, tell us that it’s his personal preference not to sign any wills due to liability. What? You are witnessing a signature, not being assigned as an executor. The only liability is to fulfill the requirement of checking my id’s and keeping a good record book.
