I opened in account in early July to take advantage of the $300 new checking account offer. Everything went fine until I received my debit card in the mail and was told it was flagged for fraud. So, I visited this branch to sort it out. The banker helping me had no idea what happened. When he called tech support they said the account showed closed on their end so they couldn't help. If I could give this bank a ZERO stars I would. They have a 2.4 rating for a reason. You will get told several different times and dates of when YOUR money will be made available to you. Erin McMahon was ZERO help and could not have cared less about actually helping. She has zero personality or concern. DO NOT BANK HERE! I am closing my account as soon as they actually give me my money.

Every time I come in here, there are at least 3 employees standing around doing nothing, and only 2 out of 3 computer stations employed. DO NOT COME DURING LUNCH. Apparently, when 1 employee leaves for lunch, no one can replace their station. I waited in the business line behind someone for about 5 minutes before another employee finally said the line was closed. Why is there not a barrier indicating so, so people don't waste their time?
