I will not say that Bank of America is user friendly. However, I will say that Hannah is sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. I couldn't have gotten through the last few months without her help and kindness!
Would not recommend. Someone paid me with a check. I took it to the Bank of America where they bank. Bank of America charged me $8 to turn their check into cash. Will have ti start charging $8 service fee per transaction for Bank of America customers
