My Grandmother (90 years old) wanted to give us a gift of 25,000 to our first home. This bank REFUSED to wire transfer the money into my bank account to “potential fraud” I provided all documentation and anything they needed to do the transfer to my Chase account. I’m her Grandson! Still refused! This has to be the worst customer service we’ve ever delt with regarding our own money! Friendly staff, but the bank company itself lacks security. I have made fraud disputes and have lost at least $400 because my claims were not approved despite me calling the second I notice a charge that was not made by me. BoA will not stop unauthorized charges while processing, and apparently does not always give credit back, unlike Chase.
