No one welcomed me when I came in. I stood in line. The boy looked at me from behind the teller line. I believe he was doing something with the other women there. But he didn’t even say hi we will be right with you. I mean at least acknowledge that a customer is standing there even though it might take a minute to help me. I mean I know that Bank of America needs to have someone in the lobby at all times even being short staff and there was no one there
Kailyn was very well versed and able to answer all my questions. She has good insight and suggestions for future plans and options. Appreciated-
