My Grandmother (90 years old) wanted to give us a gift of 25,000 to our first home. This bank REFUSED to wire transfer the money into my bank account to “potential fraud” I provided all documentation and anything they needed to do the transfer to my Chase account. I’m her Grandson! Still refused! This has to be the worst customer service we’ve ever delt with regarding our own money! She ended up going to US Bank to transfer us the money as a gift for our first time home buyer needs without issue. I recommend staying far far ... read more
