Do NOT bank with this poor excuse of a bank! I found out the hard way on why Bank of America has the reputation that it does! Jokes on use because we’ve been customers for a combined total of 20+ years and they could careless.. We needed a notary to help with legal paperwork to do with our aunt. Our appointment was at 3:30 pm with Janet Betancourt . She was there waiting and ready to help ! Great personality extremely knowledgeable, friendly and quite frankly fun to work with! She helped us get all paperwork done , and the one time she was not sure of one thing , she went and found the answer ! Thank you Janet for the outstanding service! And for being so kind ! Bank of America has a great team member in you!
