Brittany is an excellent bank manager, both knowledgeable and willing to help answer any questions, and Abigail is also a wonderful employee that has helped numerous times. Definitely recommend this location for your banking needs.
Brittany at the Andover location always go above and beyond. My husband bank with them for years and he always had issues at the surrounding locations. Our son was out of town and didn't have any money. He had an issue today wanting to deposit money into our son's account and the Wichita location wouldn't do it. Brittany and Katie at the Andover location made it happened! Thank you for the wonderful service!
Do NOT bank with this poor excuse of a bank! I found out the hard way on why Bank of America has the reputation that it does! Jokes on use because we’ve been customers for a combined total of 20+ years and they could careless.. My husband and I had the worst experience with Airbnb and when I tried to resolve it with Airbnb, they basically closed our case and told use to kick rocks with our $1,400. We needed a notary to help with legal paperwork to do with our aunt. Our appointment was at 3:30 pm with Janet Betancourt . She was there waiting and ready to help ! Great personality extremely knowledgeable, friendly and quite frankly fun to work with! She helped us get all paperwork done , and the one time she was not sure of one thing , she went and found the answer ! Thank you Janet for the outstanding service! And for being so kind ! Bank of America has a great team member in you!
