I originally set an appointment late last year to speak to a representative in setting up a retirement plan and for opening a merrill investing account. My appointment was made in advance (about a month or so prior) only for the rep to call me a day or 2 before to cancel my appointment. Fine. I set up a new appointment this year for the same reasons.
