Terrible location. I went there today, got there at about 3:45pm and they already had the doors locked. Tried asking a simple question and they waved me off as if I was a hobo. Very unprofessional and condescending! Took my business right across the street to Citizens Bank who were more than happy to deposit my check. I’m glad I got to experience their lack of professionalism before opening my business account and then having issues later!Â
One teller for the whole building is insane. Come to this branch if you want to waste 2 hours of your time waiting in line.Â
Serious lack of customer service and security – DO NOT go to this branch I’m extremely upset with the service I received at this Bank of America branch (Myrtle Ave & Forest Ave). My credit card was stolen during the delivery process — it was never delivered, never activated by me, and yet someone managed to activate it and use it. The bank sent it without a tracking number, with absolutely no security measures in place.
