Unbelievable bad service , i am coming 3 days for opening account but no one care. Nobody care to their customer.Â
This place has terrible customer service. I went twice on different days. A woman served me, then a man, and they're both the same. They don't care about the customer and treat them with very little importance. En este lugar tienen pésima atención al cliente, fui dos veces en diferentes dÃas, me atendió una señora y después un señor y todos dos son iguales,no les interesa al cliente, atienden con muy poca importancia.Â
I have been standing in line for 20 minutes now. 12 people in front of me after 20 minutes later 5 people still in front of me and like another 20. I just wonder when this branch will change. This is Sutphin Blvd, heavy traffic why this branch doesn’t fix this by having more teller.Â
Appointment you make online don’t work . Long lunch time. Bankers which appointment show no longer work here.Â
