Their atm ate my card while on vacation and banks are closed. I was taking cash out with a non BOA card to transfer money into my BOA account. Do not use the atm! Tried to report the atm machine but the phone number wouldn't allow me to. The phone number told me to call my bank. I'm on vacation, can't replace the card as the bank card I used is 2 hours away.

I went to this bank once a week for my business , Most of the staff working here are kind, efficient, and professional. But The staff member at the counter Christine She has been consistently rude and unnecessarily difficult when dealing with me, especially in handling my business matters. Her demeanor often comes off as dismissive and uncooperative, making it challenging to resolve issues efficiently. Her approach lacks professionalism and respect, which has made my interactions with her quite frustrating.
