I hate to ever write negative reviews, but I came in to this branch having a problem with fraud on my card and left feeling invalidated and treated as if I was truly unintelligent. The last thing I needed was being brushed off, but the person I spoke to at the main desk was truly prickly and rude and I left in tears. Truly disappointed in the lack of empathy.
