Bank of America is The Worse! I just switched to Charter Oak Credit Union. You know what they give you that Bank of America does Not, THREE PERCENT (3.00% APY) up to $10,000 on your checking account balance! BOA gives you ZERO! And they have Bright Future Checking for our Youth aged 14-28 with No min balance, ATM rebates and Grow my Change to round up their debit card transactions to the nearest dollar which is deposited into their High Yield Account! Oh look I got a system generated response from BOA. lol

Very polite and courteous staff. They were helpful in solving a problem I had and made the process that much smoother for me! Edit: HANDICAP PARKING, BUT NO HANDICAP BUTTONS OR HELP TO GET INTO THE BRANCH!! SECURITY GUARD IS JUST THERE FOR LOOKS AND NOT HELPING, NO ONE OPENED THE DOOR OR OFFERED ACCOMODATIONS AS I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR!! Over the phone they were nice. In person it's another story. Told me they could use a notery as a witness to a signing, only for Jasmine and Bryce to berate us! With no other options, no friend... read more
