Very polite and courteous staff. They were helpful in solving a problem I had and made the process that much smoother for me! Edit: HANDICAP PARKING, BUT NO HANDICAP BUTTONS OR HELP TO GET INTO THE BRANCH!! SECURITY GUARD IS JUST THERE FOR LOOKS AND NOT HELPING, NO ONE OPENED THE DOOR OR OFFERED ACCOMODATIONS AS I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR!! Over the phone they were nice. In person it's another story. ATM's don't work a lot of the time at various locations including Willimantic, Norwich and Manchester.
The worst customer service I went here, and the staff didn't receive me. Finally, I drove 15 minutes to the service point of Ucoon to solve my problem.Don't waste your time here.
Dina and the staff here were great and very welcoming. I like the recent make over of this BOA location.
