They need to be more professional need more people working there we were waiting at customer service for more than 30 minutes no one attended us, there was a line with people and there were 2 employees that weren’t doing anything one of them went to break and the other one was just sitting there.
Cannot speak to anyone if your not a bank member due to automated system only allowing customers to speak to an associated or you have to use automated service, I had general questions and could jot speak to anyone because I don’t have a bank account with them 👎🏽
