Horrible costumer service just came w my daughter who is a new costumer ans thos location im glad it gonna be close soon. No manners, a 3 yrs old kid will treat us better . 1 st and last time doing business here!
Surprised to see all of the negative comments on here! This location is my favorite and I will be sad to see them go. Joharis is always very polite as well as everyone else. They make banking easy. My only complaint would be, when I had to replace a debit card, the person who replaced it spent almost 15 minutes pitching sales to me for various credit and savings accounts.
So glad this place closed. I was totally disrespected here. BOA needs to ensure those employees are not rehired...
Just awful customer service, no one is ever there to help you. Big bank who just looks at you as a number. Closing all my accounts and moving to Charter Oak who will pay you 3% interest up to 10k in your checking. Close your accounts and be smarter with your money/
