I recently visited this Bank of America location and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite having booked an appointment a week in advance for 2:30 PM, no one attended to us until 2:45 PM. At that point, we were informed that we would need to wait for a banker to finish an appointment that had run over. We were given the option to wait or reschedule, and since we had planned our visit based on the initial appointment time, we chose to wait. I had a terrible experience at Bank of America. Despite having an appointment, we waited for about an hour. This location clearly doesn't value your time. Avoid this branch at all costs—it's a waste of your time.
2 tellers always a line and they want you to just use their app.
In the 20 min wait with only two people infront of me, I remember what it was like to bank at a smaller community bank that made you feel like your time is valuable. BIG WARNING IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH YOU MAY WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH. Had a little conversation with Sandra I believe the manager from the looks of it I just irritated her from inquiring why there is only one teller helping customers only.
