Customer service is responsive, the mobile app works smoothly inside of the facility and my transactions are always handled quickly thanks to Andia Likollari and Nairy Aybar. Every time I’ve needed help—whether it’s with my account, customer service questions, or online banking the staff has been professional, friendly, and quick to assist. Overall a solid banking experience.
I meant with Joshua Gonzalez today and it was a very pleasant experience. I needed to open a checking account which went very smoothly. I had never used on line banking before and Mr. Gonzalez held my hand through the whole process. He was very patient with me.
