I recently had an appointment with the bank, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. Firstly, despite having scheduled the appointment in advance, I was made to wait for a whole hour before being attended to. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time. Moreover, the staff seemed disinterested and unapologetic about the delay. There was no communication or explanation given for the long wait, leaving customers in the dark about what was happening. The worst. They call me every day and hang up when I answer. It’s the main BoA phone number. I spent an hour on hold calling them back and being transferred for them to say. “We didn’t call you probably fraud oh well”. Somehow you manage to annoy people who aren’t even your customers.
