I recently had an appointment with the bank, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. Firstly, despite having scheduled the appointment in advance, I was made to wait for a whole hour before being attended to. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers' time. The worst. They call me every day and hang up when I answer. It’s the main BoA phone number. I spent an hour on hold calling them back and being transferred for them to say. “We didn’t call you probably fraud oh well”. Somehow you manage to annoy people who aren’t even your customers.

Went in yesterday with questions regarding charges on my personal checking acct. Hadwin and Shelly went above and beyond to answer ALL of my concerns and settled the matter with courtesy and professional attitudes! I left totally satisfied with the resolution. Thank you Shelly and Hadwin!!
