My experience at Bank of America Meadow Creek location was absolutely the best!!! Diego Ramirez the senior banker there was very professional and efficient! He helped my daughter and I open her first account. He made her experience easy by explaining the process step by step, helping her really understand the ways of banking by being personable and connecting, I was very impressed I’m very thankful he helped us today.
I appreciate the service of the staff of this establishment, they were very friendly and attentive. Especially to the executive Diego who at all times solved my doubts and helped make my procedure not so complex for me. 10/10 thank you.
Everyone here is so nice very professional amazing smiles left and right! Atmosphere is welcoming they are friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable… shoutout to Diego for helping me all the way up to the deposit counter line took less than 10 minutes everyone here knows what they are doing!
