Stopped by today to pickup foreign currency and the staff was wonderful. I was greeted and helped right away by very polite and friendly staff.
Worst experience I have ever had at any bank. The customer service was horrible and took me 3+ hours to send a simple wire. I will NEVER come back to this branch. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to another branch and save a lot of time and aggression.
I was having trouble getting my business bank account set up and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. A real rarity these days.
Oh my God ! I thought I was wrong, but no, i am right after I read all the reviews here about this branch. The lady Phuong is very rude and does not know how to communicate properly. She made me look suspicious by asking me some weird questions about my business. She took some note and told me she would call customer the back office, the next day my online access got blocked, when I called the customer service, I was told my acc was closed and no longer be allowed to bank with bank of America, and I would receive my money in... read more
what a nightmare, my sister and I made an appointment to open a business account and the banker literary kicked us out. he was so rude and questioned us stupid questions. unprofessional and arrogant. we just walked out speechless and opened at chase bank instead.
