Don't waste your time. Understaffed
BoA claimed someone was able to walk into this location and withdraw thousands of dollars (We live nowhere near Georgia). I have now filed complaints with the FTC and State Attorney General in hopes of recovering some of my money from this breach. BoA has repeatedly changed their story on what happened and has opened an internal investigation. Unbelievable!
I attended to make an address change and the attention was excellent. We waited a little and there were few people waiting. They still attended to everyone very quickly. Mr Jermonte was very kind and attentive. I recommend this bofa center. 5 stars P.D "edited comment" after publishing my opinion I have seen less than positive comments.
