I AM AT MY WITS END!!! Our son has been into 3 different branches of your bank - albemarle road, university and mint hill - 3 different days and been told 3 different things - STILL HASN'T HAD THE CHECKS CASHED THAT WE GAVE HIM! At Mint Hill, he was told they wouldn't cash the checks because, and I quote, "we don't usually write checks". WHAT? We have MORE THAN ENOUGH in that account to cover these checks. Still the branch manager just standing here doing nothing. Didn't say hi as I came in because she knows she can't help me. A manager cant do teller work, so she just stands there getting paid to do nothing. Back in the bank (for my job) and there is one teller but TWO managers standing and chatting to each other. I left work early to close an account out and get 2 checks. After waiting about 20 minutes for this the printer wasn't working. They charge enough monthly maintenance fees that I would expect they could afford a working printer.
