Terrible and incompetent customer service! Waste of time!
Amazing employees and service! All the employees are super nice and polite. The atmosphere is amazing. Definitely making this my main branch! Adam was very helpful and very kind. He went above and beyond helping me to open an account and making me aware of what I needed to be. Definitely coming back!
They're not even open banking hours....
This location has a lot of problems ! I went in there last week to open a CD. No one was in the Bank and I was told I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment for 11:30 today, office personnel had people they were seeing and ‘walk-in’s’ were waiting but I had an appointment right? At 11:45 I was notified that they were running behind with all the walk in people waiting but I reminded them I had an appointment! She apologized and said it would be another 45 minutes or so. Why is it when you want to do business, other than deposit/withdraw money, you have to make an appointment which might be a week or more out. I have accounts at 5 different banks and this is the only bank that does that. Hire more bankers would be a suggestion. Also, why is it when you want to change your own name on a joint account, the other party has to be present. It's my name. Doesn't make sense.
