My review from yesterday disappeared. The next time It happens.I shall repost as the one star i honestly believe this company deserves. Several years ago, i missed a single credit card payment and the bank locked my checking.account's overdraft protection. I was not informed at the time. When that happened, about ten checks bounced. My experience at this bank has always been poor. I have been with Bank of America for 30 plus years and I have never had the poor service that I consistently get at this bank. It may be time to leave BOA.
My debit card got deactivated due to Mitt Romney’s. I fit trying to steal my money, and I came to this wonderful Bank of America to rescue my three week trip to Charlotte and Ashley Williams the most wonderful person I’ve ever met in my life assisted me excellent experience someone needs to give her a pay raise and a promotion
I appreciated the friendly service and care. We needed a notary and they had a person available who was very respectful and efficient.
