SEE UPDAT AT END! Thank you to the gentleman at the front desk this morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He took care of my problem in a matter of min!...I had just left Lincolnton branch where I was 1 of 2 customers in bank with at least 4 employees I could see, yet we had to wait... after 15-20 min. we left that branch. Very thankful for the man at the Belmont! UPDATE...just found out he lied.... nothing went the way he said it would!
Only bank I know that closes at 4. It’s super inconvenient
Was trying to buy a car from someone who banks here. Lines are long and takes 40 min for a notary. There were 4 people ahead of us so it was a 2.5 hour wait. We left.
