Been a platinum honors member for over ten years, banking since 2006, and can say this is the slowest branch I’ve encountered. Having just moved to the area, I’m seriously thinking of just banking elsewhere for better service. I don’t have an extra half hour to wait each visit on simple transactions. It would be quicker to drive to Charlotte!

My review from yesterday disappeared. The next time It happens.I shall repost as the one star i honestly believe this company deserves. Several years ago, i missed a single credit card payment and the bank locked my checking.account's overdraft protection. I was not informed at the time. When that happened, about ten checks bounced.
