I recently went to this location and had an amazing experience! Rufus was extremely helpful! I had to request 3 years of bank statements for my business because the online support agent failed to mail them to my house in time. Rufus made sure I had everything I needed. The manager also took the time to stop in and make sure I was good. I will definitely be returning to this location. It is a busy location indeed but the customer I received was outstanding! Great job team!
Bank of America has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to fraud protection. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my account the day after Christmas, and weeks later I still have not received a credit. Communication has been terrible, the process has been painfully slow, and the corporate office has been completely unhelpful. My first time coming to this branch due to being under a new management company, I had no clue what I was walking into bc my employers gave me little information. Nevertheless what started off rocky became a smooth transaction. Thanks to Mr Keith for all his help. I was ready to walk out frustrated and try it again on another day, but Keith went above and beyond to help me. We need more hard workers like him. Thank you for assisting. My next visit I’ll be prepared.
