Very bad service. They will find 1000 reasons not to do the job. or ask you Can you come another day? I rarely went there and had my business done. They don't care about their customers at all, making me think if bank of america is even a good place to invest or save. If you are in a hurry and need your work done, don't go there.Â
Kudos to the staff, the attitude they keep and the way they treat the customers is the best in degrading customers, I think his name is Rufus, who is exceptionally talented in not helping customers. And the front desk guy who is very stylish and very communicative without greeting the customer, without looking into the eye or even acknowledging the customer standing at his desk.
