I have a credit card with them, and they have strict and unmovable polices designed to collect money. Cant access their system to make a payment? No worries. Its on you. Pay the fees. Terrible.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Fastest wire transfer I've ever done (under 15 min). I would highly recommend this location. Its the second time I've come here in 4 months and needed immediate assistance and actually received it!!!
Customer service is the worst
Arrived at ATM lane just before 5 on Friday, wanting to make a cash deposit. ATM lane was closed because it was being serviced (which is honestly what I encounter half the times I come to this ATM) and so I got in line behind a car in the drive thru teller window. Waited for nearly 10 minutes for idk what kind of transaction. Finally pull forward and find that the woman had just slammed the window blind saying “closed” down. What?!?
