I am forced to leave a review for this center. There are 10 customers waiting in the line including an old woman but there is just one executive assisting in the counter. There is other team member just approaching customers standing in the line but ultimately ending to see the lady in the counter. They know it's Saturday snd gets busy. Why can't they have at least two tellers. Pathetic customer service. I am canceling my business account soon.
I'm sorry if Marianne was the person who ended up taking care of me at the teller line but she was fine but this review is for the branch itself. I went in to obtain or change my PIN number for my new business debit card which I received in the mail. I explained to the representative that I don't remember setting one up and all the PIN numbers that I usually use are not working. He sent me a code to my phone but never told me that I would have to log in under my business account if I'm already logged in under my personal. Th... read more
