I'm sorry if Marianne was the person who ended up taking care of me at the teller line but she was fine but this review is for the branch itself. I went in to obtain or change my PIN number for my new business debit card which I received in the mail. I explained to the representative that I don't remember setting one up and all the PIN numbers that I usually use are not working. Went to the branch to do transfer of money from one account to another which taken care immediately.
Bank of America has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to fraud protection. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my account the day after Christmas, and weeks later I still have not received a credit. Communication has been terrible, the process has been painfully slow, and the corporate office has been completely unhelpful.
