So we brought in rolled coins to this branch along with loose coins (dollar coins) that I did not have enough of to make a roll of them (25 coins per roll). The teller accepted the rolled coins as expected but told us that she would not accept the ~$20 in $1 coins that I brought in. You can’t even accept legal-tender coins that I did not have enough to make a roll of!? Plus this bank is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Bottom line, We are getting ready to close our accounts and moving elsewhere.
I’m very disappointed with this bank. On Friday, I came in and asked for a specific employee. I was told that he wouldn’t be available until Tuesday, and I scheduled an appointment with him for 9 a.m. I drove 40 minutes to get there on Tuesday, but the employee I needed wasn’t there again. No one informed me in advance that he wouldn’t be available. As a result, I wasted my time and couldn’t get anything done. Very inconvenient and disrespectful to the customer.
The tellers are rude. They give no privacy to your account or checks that are being cashed. Calling out the amount in front of other customers. Rushing you for no reason as if you dont have a right to be in BOA establishment. This is why you are only a gateway BOA. I love my other banks I bank with and would recommend them to anyone..Fidelity Investments and Navy Federal Credit Union.
