Do not use the ATM here!!! I went to make a cash deposit around 5:30pm and the branch was closed so I used the ATM. It took my cash and did not post the funds to my account. The machine went through with the entire transaction, displayed the amount and even stated that the deposit was processed but it did not give me a receipt. After waiting on hold for 2 hours to speak to a representative I was told they’d give me a temporary credit while they investigate within 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
Very poor customer service at this Bank of America branch. I visited Friday around 4:30 PM, and there was only one teller available. When I asked a simple question about checks, the teller responded in a rude and dismissive way, saying they’ve ‘never done that’ and that if they did, it was ‘20 years ago,’ and laughed while saying it. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary.

Bank of America has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to fraud protection. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my account the day after Christmas, and weeks later I still have not received a credit. Communication has been terrible, the process has been painfully slow, and the corporate office has been completely unhelpful. This location seems to be understaffed and when you do get service, it is slow. The Waverly location seems to be much better run, so we will be using that branch instead.
