The tellers are rude. They give no privacy to your account or checks that are being cashed. Calling out the amount in front of other customers. Rushing you for no reason as if you dont have a right to be in BOA establishment. This is why you are only a gateway BOA. What an absolute disaster this place is. Ran by highly incompetent personnel and very unprofessional management. Iāve walked in with my son and deposited the contents of his piggy bank. Theyāve marked the transaction as withdrawal. Iāve been trying to rectify the error ever since. Called several times, nobody ever picks up. Been to the branch three times. I visited this branch today to get some information I need for a legal matter, and the woman at the front desk ( I apologize I don't remember her name) was so kind and so helpful. She has also helped me in the past when I needed help with the ATM. Just wanted to say that it really makes a difference on a rainy Monday morning.Ā
