I had an amazing experience yesterday at the Bank of America branch on Golf Links Drive, thanks to Ms. Preeti and Ms. Vandana. I have visited this location several times and the customer service is fantastic. On my recent visits Elsa has helped me, and she is professional and always processes my transactions in a timely and effective manner.
I stopped by this branch today to arrange for a wire transfer. Great service by Christian. Overall, the staffing at this location seems much better vs the Rae Road location (near Best Buy).
