I have visited this location several times and the customer service is fantastic. On my recent visits Elsa has helped me, and she is professional and always processes my transactions in a timely and effective manner.
I stopped by this branch today to arrange for a wire transfer. Great service by Christian. Overall, the staffing at this location seems much better vs the Rae Road location (near Best Buy).
I had a great experience at this location! I worked with Joy, who was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. Despite being late to my appointment due to my maps taking me to the wrong location, the team was very understanding and accommodating. Excellent customer service all around!
