Extremely slow services, low staff, very limited capabilities (they can't even exchange currencies for their cardholders)

Absolutely the worst location, CONSTANTLY has issues with 2 of their 3 atms. So glad they added the new feature of needing your card to get in to the only working ATM and to the bank itself. Totally what they should be investing in, instead of making sure their machines actually work!!
