came in for help with a wire transfer which is not workable through the app- horrible customer service - the employee who tried to work on my transfer had no idea what he was doing - after he gave up, i was put to wait endlessly until i got fed up and left- F for customer service and expertiseÂ
Friday afternoon and there is 1 teller. Line out the door. Terrible customer experience. Feel bad for the teller, everybody mad after waiting over 30 min to get to tellerÂ
Worse customer at this location ever. I hope Bank of America corporate know about thisÂ
Hate the timing and staff is so rude and mean .Â
