They are closing and moving by the Concord Mills Mall area at the end of the month.
Despicable service. After being declined a withdrawal because BofA arbitrarily sets withdrawal limits, I was told to remove the limit myself in my app. When I asked why there was a limited if I could remove it myself, the staff said because most people don't withdrawal $2k. This is why institutional banking is failing. Why am I being refused access to my funds???
No one is ever available to help with anything at this branch. The staff that are here dont know anything about banking. This location is just an atm
came in for help with a wire transfer which is not workable through the app- horrible customer service - the employee who tried to work on my transfer had no idea what he was doing - after he gave up, i was put to wait endlessly until i got fed up and left- F for customer service and expertise
Friday afternoon and there is 1 teller. Line out the door. Terrible customer experience. Feel bad for the teller, everybody mad after waiting over 30 min to get to teller
