Disrespectful lack of service. So I Did not get service and was disregarded with no one in line they literally turned their backs on me and so I had to just leave after 5 minutes of disservice and once I said I had to leave they said they asked how I could help sarcastically so I just left since I have self respect. Avoid.

When is this bank even open ? Went during normal business hours and they were closed. No note on the door. No one answering the phone or anything. Just closed. Tried again the same week and guess what! Closed again! Shut this location down ! The DEI employees don't want to work obviously and could care less because they are probably still getting paid while sitting at home. State offices work better hours than this location of Bank of America! They’re open 3 days and closed 3 days of the week, not enough ATMs around city. Banks with lockers operating such reduced hrs is ridiculous, why don’t you all just close it forever and offer retirement to your ppl, take afternoon naps and be done? Ridiculous!
