I came in to do a transaction and was helped by Selby! She was extremely helpful, kind, pleasant and accommodating. This girl deserves a raise, I had such bad experiences at other branches in Cary so I wanted to try a new branch and I'm so happy I did.
Recently had the opportunity to visit your branch to open an account for my grandson. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Selby that day and I was very pleased with how she shared her knowledge with me from her previous years of experience in banking. She made me feel totally comfortable with a process that I was not familiar with and had no knowledge of.It's so nice to know that there are still people who still have good work ethic these days and are willing to help others.
I have had an account with BOA in Apex for 25 years. I went to the bank today to exchange some pennies as I was trying to fill a Lincoln cent book for my grandchildren. $5 worth of pennies and the teller tells me that she only has the pennies that I exchanged with her two weeks ago. I asked if she had any other rolls of Pennie’s at the other teller stations or in the safe and her reply was no. I will be closing my account as of today. It was good that they had 2 ATMs at the drive-thru. You can only get to the drive-thru from the back part of the parking lot.
