I had the worst customer service at this branch. The teller literally told me to call the customer service line on the back of my debit card instead of helping me. As I sat in the branch on the phone with customer service (nursing my newborn.), she never once escalated it or tried to get someone to help me. There was no empathy, compassion or proactiveness to help. I will never visit this branch again.
Farida has been my personal banker for the last few months, and it’s been wonderful working with her. She’s attentive, helpful, and takes the time to explain things clearly. I appreciate her support and the consistency she’s brought to my banking experience. Thank you again for your continued guidance and support.
