Amazing staff, very friendly and works with you dealing with any problem or question you may have! Ask for Stephanie Mays, she’s my go-to when I need anything in regaurds of my Bank Of America account/card! Absolutely appreciate her!!
This review may not be related to this specific branch however I felt the need to voice my opinion and this bank is unfortunately the casualty. Bank of america is one of the worst banks to entrust your money and business with. The only reason I opened my account with them is because they offered a $200 bonus on your acct. Needless to say I didn't get it due to the fine print that said you have to have the account for a certain period of time and a certain amount of money deposited. They charged me the monthly fee even though... read more
