Front guy Eric - he doesn't know anything about the bank at all , I waited an hour waiting for the manager , she was rude and unhelpful. it’s Terrible service , must to change staff !
Had a wonderful great experience at this branch. The banker Asha Cooks was very professional and was able to help me get my new accounts open no problem and was able to let me know all the benefits of banking with BoA.
Terrible service. Staff is rude and unhelpful and frankly lied to my face about established monetary policy. No reason to bank with BoA when their closest branch has absolutely dreadful service and has so for years, especially with multiple other banks in the Arboretum.
