You cannot leave a phone message for someone at the particular branch that you have established a relationship with. I appreciate that the staff is busy but why can’t I leave a voicemail for the representative that is familiar with my boa dealings. Like a lot of business, boa thinks nothing about customer service.
Bank of America no longer have a drive through
This Bank of America sucks they only have one teller and the other workers just stand there and look at you
I have been calling two Bank of America in Concord. No one can answer a phone. I’ve tried to make an appointment with both banks. No appointments are available, and I went three weeks out so I’m getting ready to Close my account!!
This morning I went into the bank very very unhappy with mail I received! BUT when I walked into the bank I was greeted with a warm hello how can I help you by Donovan G. After reading my letter he asked me to walk to his office. After a moment he stated he will be back. When he returned Rachel W (office manager) was with him. She explained to me what happened and how the issue can be fixed. They both waited for the other party to arrive and fixed the issue with such grace and respect. I thank you Rachel W and Donovan G
