I have been calling two Bank of America in Concord. No one can answer a phone. I’ve tried to make an appointment with both banks. No appointments are available, and I went three weeks out so I’m getting ready to Close my account!!
This morning I went into the bank very very unhappy with mail I received! BUT when I walked into the bank I was greeted with a warm hello how can I help you by Donovan G. After reading my letter he asked me to walk to his office. After a moment he stated he will be back. When he returned Rachel W (office manager) was with him. She explained to me what happened and how the issue can be fixed. They both waited for the other party to arrive and fixed the issue with such grace and respect. I thank you Rachel W and Donovan G
I have been a loyal Bank of America customer since 2018. On May 6, 2025, I had a 1:30 p.m. appointment to have a work-related document notarized at your branch located at 368 George W. Liles Parkway in Concord, North Carolina (Branch #NC2-317-01-01). They do not answer the phones and blame it on business within the branch. However, when I went to the branch in person all personnel was available and sitting right next to phones. Called for 3 hours straight intermittently. Nothing but excuses all around.
