They do not answer the phones and blame it on business within the branch. However, when I went to the branch in person all personnel was available and sitting right next to phones. Called for 3 hours straight intermittently. Nothing but excuses all around.

Drive thru is permanently closed
Never enough tellers. Always long wait I deposited a $25,000 check luckily I looked at the deposit slipped when I was walking outside and the teller only did $250. Talked to I guess whatever manager was on duty and it really didn’t seem like it was that big of a deal. Then Customer Service canceled my debit card on accident when there were supposed to close another account. Now I have to redo all my bill pay would never recommend Bank Of America.
